Noura Al Ali is a visual artist who lives and works in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She graduated from the College of Art & Creative Enterprises, Zayed University in spring 2015. Noura’s work explores mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and installation.
Noura describes her work as a vehicle for expressing her inner emotions in relation to the world around her. For her, this is the language to express her thoughts in a manner in which she finds naturally to convey these subtle realities, where spoken words cannot. By exploring the concept of landscape, she combines natural found materials with synthetic materials to construct a miniature world of her own. Her work has been exhibited in the UAE, as well as included in a recent group exhibition in Rochester, New York.
