OBJECTIVES –
Beautify the city of Dubai.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
1. Register as an Artist on the portal
2. Use the portal to send us your designs using the brief visual
WHAT WILL WE DO?
1. If you are shortlisted, we will contact you directly
2. We will provide a final briefing and logistic details to roll out the final work
SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
March, 30th 2017 – 10:00 PM
Terms & Conditions:
1- Creatopia is created and operated by Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (The Authority), a Dubai government organization, the below conditions governs your profile registration and use of The Portal. Artists retain all rights and ownership for designs posted by him/her – the Authority does not own the user’s generated content.
2- Artists acknowledge that they have full intellectual property rights of their posted work and hence grant the authority the right to use/share the same if shortlisted.
3- The authority and users of the portal have the right to share the content on social media for promotional purposes with credit to the artists.
4- The authority is not responsible for any content submitted by artists that infringe another’s proprietary rights.
5- Artists should be 21 years and above of age to be eligible for the brief.
6- Submissions must be verified by the authority.
7- The authority shall have the right to review submissions and may approve/reject without giving reasons.
8- The following content are prohibited for the briefing
- Content that is unacceptable for younger audience such as nudity, expletives or graphically violent.
- Content that is offensive, display illegal acts, or threatening.
- Content of a political nature.
- Content that includes advertisements and promotions of entities or individuals to generate revenues.
9- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the United Arab Emirates and Dubai laws.
10- In the event of any disputes between the talent/user and The Authority, the applicable law will be that of United Arab Emirates and Dubai governing laws, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
