Irukanji are a small deadly box jellyfish, found mainly in the warm northern tropical waters of Australia. This painting has mixed media and ribbons that emulate the long stinging arms of these almost invisible beautiful sea creatures. An interesting and vibrant piece suited to hotel foyers, interactive visually with extra media and deep colours. Able to be replicated on larger canvases.
